Doing It All: Nonprofit Governance and the Working Board is a free workshop in IntegralOrg's Nonprofit Governance series.
Of the thousands of nonprofit organizations in the province, many are run by boards that carry out both the governance and operational functions.
This workshop focuses on volunteer run organizations and covers foundational elements of nonprofit governance for organizations of any size, including smaller groups; how structures, roles and policies can be framed to ensure a commonly held understanding of the many activities/duties that are fulfilled by a working board; and common challenges that may arise for working boards including burnout, role clarity and succession.
