Integral Insights Series
In the nonprofit sector, creating psychologically healthy workplaces is often a challenge. For a variety of reasons—from strained budgets to high workloads to difficult interpersonal dynamics with volunteers—nonprofit staff often experience high levels of stress and burnout.
A healthy workplace is critical to a nonprofit's long-term sustainability. This webinar focuses on the internal dynamics of working within nonprofit organizations and offers practical possibilities for bettering our nonprofit work environments, going beyond generic advice about making “I-statements” or putting a statement on your website.
During the session we will:
Discuss challenges specific to the nonprofit sector;
Offer practical tools to assess your organization's psychological health;
Provide strategies to intervene to make significant, lasting improvements.
This webinar is interactive and includes time for participant questions.
