Elevated Leadership

Leading in the nonprofit sector requires resilience, adaptability, and a deep commitment to community impact. With increasing demand and constrained resources, today’s nonprofit leaders face challenges that are both complex and unique.

Elevated Leadership is a leadership training program created by the nonprofit sector, for the nonprofit sector—designed to support leaders in rising to meet these challenges. Through practical learning, peer engagement, and personal reflection, participants strengthen their ability to lead themselves, their organizations, and their communities with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

How It Works

Elevated Leadership is delivered through a blended learning experience that combines in-person sessions, peer learning, and ongoing coaching support.

The program includes five full days of in-person learning delivered over the course of approximately four months, followed by two additional learning events to deepen integration and sustain momentum.

Participants join a cohort-based learning community, creating opportunities to build meaningful connections, share experiences, and learn alongside peers from across the nonprofit sector.

To support continued growth beyond the classroom, participants will also have access to coaching throughout the program, helping to apply learning in real-world contexts and navigate leadership challenges as they arise.

Additional program details, including session dates and timing, will be shared when applications open on June 10.
