Elevated Leadership
Leading in the nonprofit sector requires resilience, adaptability, and a deep commitment to community impact. With increasing demand and constrained resources, today’s nonprofit leaders face challenges that are both complex and unique.
Elevated Leadership is a leadership training program created by the nonprofit sector, for the nonprofit sector—designed to support leaders in rising to meet these challenges. Whether navigating difficult conversations, developing a team, leading through uncertainty, or simply trying to stay grounded amidst competing demands, leaders will find practical tools, trusted peers, meaningful support, and a community that understands the realities of nonprofit leadership.

How It Works
Elevated Leadership is delivered through a blended learning experience that combines in-person sessions, peer learning, and coaching support.
The program includes five full days of in-person learning delivered over the course of three months, followed by two additional virtual learning events to deepen integration and sustain momentum.
Leadership Community
Participants join a cohort of nonprofit leaders committed to learning, growing, and supporting one another throughout the program. The Leadership Community becomes a trusted space for conversation, challenge, encouragement, reflection, and shared learning.
Leadership Labs
Highly interactive, in-person, day-long learning experiences focused on real leadership challenges, practical tools, peer learning, discussion, reflection, and application. Participants are encouraged to bring current leadership situations into the room and leave with practical actions they can immediately apply within their organizations.
Leadership Circles
Small groups of peers who meet between sessions to discuss challenges, share ideas, support one another, and maintain accountability. Leadership Circles provide a confidential space to reflect on learning, work through real leadership challenges, and receive support and perspective from others facing similar realities. Several of these sessions include dedicated group coaching facilitated by program facilitators.
