Executive Director

Tracey Vavrek

A dedicated nonprofit leader and advocate passionate about building strong, resilient, and connected communities.

Lauren works with nonprofits and charities to help them through the process of filing documentation - such as bylaws, annual returns, and changes in officers and directors - with Canada Revenue Agency and Alberta Corporate Registry. Lauren and her husband are proud parents to three sons and pet-parents of Huxley, an energetic Cockapoo.

Lauren Barker-Doig

Helps nonprofits and charities with filing documentation with Canada Revenue Agency and Alberta Corporate Registry.

Jennifer has more than 35 years of experience in communications and marketing, most of it with nonprofit organizations. Throughout her career, her working philosophy has been to be of service to others. At IntegralOrg, she does this by getting to know organizations and the people who work in them - and then crafting accessible, practical, and inspiring communications and marketing solutions. That's why she loves working at IntegralOrg - because its mission is to help nonprofits and charities with foundational skills so that they can focus on their mission and the communities they serve.

Manager of Communications

Jennifer Burgess

Promotes IntegralOrg's programs and services to Alberta's nonprofits and beyond.

Sandeep develops and manages impactful educational supports, workshops, and training for nonprofits. She is an educator, collaborator, and community advocate who brings experience in program development, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation to her role. Sandeep is passionate about bridging service gaps and creating meaningful experiences for those she works with. In her spare time, you will find her learning something new, enjoying music, and connecting with friends and family.

Sandeep Malhi

Develops and manages impactful educational supports, workshops, and training for nonprofits.

Chelsea supports nonprofits seeking resources and strategic planning processes that lead to more impactful mission fulfillment. With her background in educational research, Chelsea loves working with teams to refine their organization’s identity to better serve the complex needs of our time. Chelsea holds an MA in Cultural Studies from the University of Leuven, Belgium and a BA in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics. In her free time, she’s usually plugged into an audiobook, expanding her needlework skills, or exploring the Calgary food scene with her family.
