Tracey Vavrek

Tracey Vavrek is a dedicated nonprofit leader and advocate passionate about building strong, resilient, and connected communities. With over 25 years of executive experience across community foundations, philanthropic networks, and regional initiatives, Tracey has devoted her career to empowering organizations with the strategic clarity, governance models, and tools they need to create lasting impact.

Throughout her career, from leading a northern region community foundation to guiding national collaborative initiatives, Tracey has focused on philanthropic sector capacity-building, strategic development, and governance leadership development. She deeply understands the unique opportunities and complex challenges nonprofits face daily.

As Executive Director at IntegralOrg, Tracey brings her collaborative spirit and hands-on expertise to support leaders, boards, and organizations. She believes that when nonprofit organizations are supported, confident, and well-equipped, the entire community thrives.

Tracey’s passion for service extends deep into community leadership development as an active, long-standing Rotary leader. Having served in key leadership roles, including District Governor, Learning Leader, leading major gifts and endowment initiatives, and club development, she focuses on mentoring emerging voices and building leadership capacity at all levels.

At the center of everything is her family. Tracey and her husband, Vince, are proud parents to four children and love every moment of being grandparents to the best grandchildren ever! On the weekends, you’ll usually find her exploring a new hiking trail, working in the garden, or trying out a new recipe. Above all, she loves hosting gatherings and spending meaningful quality time connecting with family and friends.
