The IntegralOrg Board of Directors is a dedicated team of volunteers committed to the sustainability and success of IntegralOrg and its mission of education and support for Alberta nonprofits.

Yvonne is a lawyer and philanthropy consultant – and co-founder of IntegralOrg. Yvonne brings more than 35 years of experience helping those in the philanthropic, nonprofit, and social enterprise sectors as general legal counsel and as an advisor on planning, organizational, regulatory and governance matters.

With experience across industry, nonprofit, research, advocacy, academia, and Alberta’s regulatory environment, Page advances collaboration across communities, institutions, and the public in service of people. As Board Chair, she champions organizations that empower individuals to pursue their nonprofit mission, putting people first and driving progress that delivers meaningful impact.

Page's experience spans private industry, not-for-profit, research, advocacy, academia, and the provincial regulatory environment

Lorraine has more than 30 years of audit experience, working with nonprofit organizations including larger charities, private foundations and government organizations. Currently, she is Alberta's leader for the Not-for-Profit/Public Sector/Education Industry Group at BDO Canada.
